Do you take health insurance?
No. Structure is a cash-only practice that does not seek reimbursement from any health insurance plan including Medicare. Our services are HSA eligible.
Where are the tests done?
Labs are done at Quest. DEXA & VO2 max vary depending on your location, and may not be available.
How much does Structure cost?
Labs ~$100-$300.
DEXA ~$175
VO2 Max ~$100-$300
Weight Loss Coaching: $350/month
Health Optimization Plans: $500+

Can Dr. Schexnaildre be my PCP?
No. Dr. Schexnaildre can collaborate with your PCP and specialists though.
What if I live outside of LA or AL?

Do you prescribe weight loss medications?
No. Structure wants you to be healthy for life, not dependent on expensive medications. Dr. Schexnaildre will occasionally prescribe medications for high blood pressure or diabetes with the goal of getting you off of them as soon as possible.
What about TRT?
No. Structure wants to help you restore your testosterone levels naturally so you aren’t dependent on TRT shots for life, not to mention the risks that are associated with them.
